Jason Barrett, PharmD
Jason Barrett is a Doctor of Pharmacy and healthcare executive with extensive experience in pharmacy operations, clinical program design, and pharmacy benefit delivery. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Reliant Care Solutions, a clinical pharmacy services organization focused on improving patient outcomes, cost containment, and reducing administrative burden across healthcare settings.
Jason brings a clinician-first perspective to VecteraRx, ensuring that pharmacy benefit administration is grounded in evidence-based care, medication safety, adherence, and real-world clinical workflows. His background bridges retail pharmacy, long-term care, and clinical program execution.
At VecteraRx, Jason oversees pharmacy strategy, clinical pathway development, and the integration of pharmacist-led interventions across all Program Series.
Chief Executive Officer & FounderChris Hardee
Chris Hardee is a healthcare systems architect and organizational strategist specializing in the design, governance, and execution of scalable healthcare institutions. He brings a disciplined, execution-focused approach to building durable operating models that perform within complex regulatory, labor, and public-sector environments.
Chris is responsible for the end-to-end design and execution of the VecteraRx platform, including entity structure, governance frameworks, operational workflows, compliance posture, financial controls, and transparency mechanisms. He serves as the integrator across clinical operations, PBM administration, vendor management, and Series governance.
At VecteraRx, Chris is the primary executive accountable for operational performance, fiduciary integrity, regulatory readiness, and the translation of strategy into day-to-day execution.
Chief Operating Officer & FounderJ. Todd Barrett, RPh
Chief Regulatory Officer & FounderTodd Barrett is a registered pharmacist and nationally recognized leader in pharmacy regulation and quality. He formeraly served on, and is a past president of, the Mississippi Board of Pharmacy and the Mississippi Pharmacists Association. He has also served on the NABP Medication Synchronization Task Force, the Mississippi Medicaid Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee, and as a co-chair of the Medication Reconciliation Workgroup of the Pharmacy Quality Alliance (PQA).
Todd brings deep regulatory fluency and credibility with Boards of Pharmacy, regulators, and quality organizations nationwide. His expertise ensures that VecteraRx’s PBM operations, clinical programs, and pharmacy practices are compliant, auditable, and aligned with best-in-class quality standards.
At VecteraRx, Todd provides regulatory oversight, quality governance, and multi-state compliance strategy.
Liam Dunne
Chief Growth Officer & FounderLiam Dunne is the original conceptual founder of VecteraRx and a seasoned entrepreneur with a long track record of building, scaling, and exiting businesses across the insurance, risk management, and healthcare sectors. He founded The Risk Management Planning Group (RMPG), a highly respected third-party administrator specializing in workers’ compensation, liability, and disability programs, which he successfully sold in 2016.
Since that exit, Liam has led and advised multiple ventures spanning insurance services, healthcare operations, and clinical laboratory environments. His core strengths include strategic market entry, relationship development, institutional trust-building, and translating complex offerings into compelling value propositions for unions, municipalities, and enterprise partners.
At VecteraRx, Liam leads growth strategy, partnership origination, and relationship management, leveraging a deep network and decades of credibility across public-sector, labor, and risk-bearing institutions.
